MATERIAL: unlabeled; outer feels like 100% wool

CONDITION: Good vintage condition; missing one button, another button hole is slightly torn, the top left pocket is missing the front part of the snap, and there is a small hole in the shoulder seam. It looks like you used to ba able to adjust/synch the waist on the inside, but there is no longer anything to pull. Otherwise the wool, seams, and lining are all in great shape. See photos
