DETAILS: SUPER BENRINER No 95 Japanese Mandolin is the highest quality, sharpest mandoline-style slicer available, a standard in professional kitchens. Made in Yamaguchi prefecture, Japan, the stainless steel blades are compressed and then heat-treated, and the sharpening finish is done by hand. This explains the quality of the Benriner blades, which are comparable to knives. This sturdy tool features a fixed flat blade for regular slicing and comes with three interchangeable vertical blades for julienning, shredding, and thread-cutting. For regular slicing, simply ensure no julienne blade is inserted. You can easily adjust the thickness of each slice. The safety guard will help prevent finger injuries. The Super Benriner is a bigger version of the Benriner Mandoline. Made in Japan
