CONDITION: Very good antique condition. Silver shows moderate age-appropriate patina. Gold gilt is heavily worn. One carnelian inlay is cracked, but still secured – see photos.
DETAILS: Fine antique solid silver cuff 3-row cuff bracelet with red carnelian agate stone inlays. Circa late 19th-early 20th century. Hand-crafted in Turkmenistan by skilled artisans with ornate engraved/etched geometric filigree and fire-gilding (gold plate), typical of Tekke tribal metalwork. Heavy, rigid construction that does not bend, with a bold and traditional ethnic design. A substantial, collectible piece showcasing skilled Central Asian craftsmanship.
